I quite liked the product. It has a beautiful finish, is sturdy and unlike most of the wind chimes that I've browsed through online, found this particular make to be quite visually appealing. Placement of the windchimes is important as well. Since this product is moderately heavy, it will depend on the speed of the wind to derive maximum effect in terms of sound. And when it does sway to the breeze, the sound produced is heavenly. So bear in mind that if you are looking for optimum sound, understand the layout of your home and hang it accordingly. Ultimately the frequency at which you will get to experience the sound of wind chimes, solely depends on these factors. So if it doesn't produce the sound effects that you were expecting, don't blame it on the product, rather be mindful of the placement.
