Ernie Ball Not Even Slinky Nickel Wound Electric Guitar Strings, 12-56 Gauge (P02626)

Best strings I've ever owned, and wish I had used them sooner. The playability is amazing and it doesn't take much effort to get used to them. I've even felt like my speed has improved because of the improved ease of play. Best of all is how easy it is to do bend vibratos!Players with locking tuners, go easy when locking the 7 gauge string because you can easy crush and snap it. I learned the hard way but now I have a perfectly good set-up.

I bought these strings to replace those on some guitars that had been in storage. They feel great, have a wonderful sound, and don't seem to go out of tune easily. The size of these was exactly what was already on the guitar so it was an easy pick. There is plenty of length, at least for my instruments, to make a tidy wind on the peg without having to get out the pliers.

I’ve used the similar Daddario 9.5-44 set for years. The regular 9 and 10 sets were either too floppy/uneven or too stiff, respectively. The main thing I didn’t like about the 9.5-44 set was the B string, which always felt looser than the rest of them. It always felt like it’s stuck out like a sore thumb, but I just put up with it.So when I saw Ernie Ball made an identical set except for a very slightly larger B string (12 vs 11.5), I bought the three pack for the heck of it to see how they fared.Ernie Ball strings always had a warmer rounder tone right out of the package, and it was nice to go back to that sound after all these years (I used Pink Slinky’s back in 1994). With a tighter and more even feeling B string now, I think this is going to be my go to set for all of my guitars. I’ve had this set on my guitar for about three weeks and they still sound fresh. I don’t gig or anything so it’s usually an hour or two a day after work in the air conditioning. They seem like good strings and aren’t going dull yet, which was how I remember them back in the 90s.Highly recommended.

I bought these strings for my daughter and she said they're very nice and work as advertised. She said they are very gentle on the fingers.

Tried and true, you can't go wrong with Slinkys, the industry standard for a traditional, non-coated string. It's not a coincidence they're played by all the best guitarists in the world. The sound and feel are great and always consistent. I recommend buying from Amazon or a reputable seller. These came from a non-music related third party seller and the shipping time was very long. But nonetheless the product itself is 5 stars.

The strings came in great condition as expected and arrived quickly. I did have an issue tuning my guitar but that was my fault alone. I picked up a few of these because they are the strings my son wanted due to one of his favorite bands using them on their guitars. Without doing any research I went ahead and bought them not realizing how strong the strings were and how my guitar was not set up properly to use them. I could not tune them correctly without my bridge lifting way off the guitars body. Other than my own fault, there was nothing wrong with these strings. Great product.

Omg first time using this gauge it has literally changed the way I play , a must try at least once for serious guitar players. 😎🤘🎸
