Small Solid Cherry 9 Inch Chopping Bowl and Mezzaluna Knife Set

This is such a great chopping bowl. I love it for fresh herbs.

This is aka an Italian food processor. This is what I grew up using all the time at my Italian grandmother's kitchen. This is the best way to chop nuts to have them all be fairly evenly chopped without being pulverized into nut dust as the machines are prone to do. The blade can be sharpened in any standard knife sharpener.

It is a very beautiful bowl, not cheap, but for me worth the price.

it had different shape --I was thinking it could look like the picture and I didnt like it very much and the bowl was rather small

It is quite good for making tuna salad of chicken salad...I would get the larger bowl however to increase capacity.

What you see is what you get. I recommend buying the oil you’ll need to condition it right away. It’s quite small. I wish I’d purchased the larger one.
