Ive been taking these for the past 12 days and have not noticed any improvements nor side effects. They are large but that doesnt bother me, they have a very vague vanilla flavor and have not caused any type of gas or tummy issues. Im going to finish the bottle because they are probably not refundable and if anything changes I will report back.
