This lunch bag has been great for daily use. It’s well made and very convenient for everyday use. Plenty of room inside and great for organizing lunch and snacks. Although we experienced a small issue with the zipper pull, Bentgo’s customer service was prompt and made the whole process effortless. I was pleasantly surprised when they sent a replacement bag, which showed that Bentgo truly stands behind their products. Their commitment to customer satisfaction gives me confidence in the brand, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

It’s a nice bag. Not too large nor small. It fits the Bentgo Chill Max and Chill Mini together plus other items. The only two things I was disappointed about was that the color is shown as a nice light pink and the color in person is closer to purple than pink. Light pink is my favorite color and you would think paying $25 for what is advertised is what you’d get but it wasn’t. The other thing was the logo was not centered, which is fine but I find myself paying more attention to the evenness of it. Honestly, it would’ve been a 5/5 if it had not been for the disappointment of the color. Will consider returning.

Sturdy thick material, nice quality. Very spacious without being too big! Fits a large 3 compartment container and is tall enough to fit more items. The strap is adjustable and sturdy. The zippers are intact and zip nicely. The bag holds its overall shape. I give it 4/5 stars because of the color difference (the pink is lighter/pastel in the picture but more rose gold in person) + I saw the same product marked at $16 at TJ max a day after it arrived in the mail.
