So how do you wash it effectively in a machine if the pillow doesn’t detach? Is this an issue for anyone?

I washed it as normal per the items directions with no problems. The pillow isnt all that thick.

My daughter is around 3 ft tall would this be too small for her to lay on?

No. My son is taller than that and uses it just fine.

Will this attach (e.g., have velcro) to the cots at daycare?

There are Velcro strips on the back of the mat to secure it close when rolled. I’m not sure if they’re in the right locations to attach to a mat.

How thick is the mat in this?

Not very thick, thinner than an actual “sleep mat” but thicker than a towel. It’s like a sleeping bag. My son used it on top of a cot.

Buena idea con detalles mejorables

El producto es una idea excelente, con buenas impresiones en las telas, creo que sería excelente si fuera de mejor material, la parte de tapete con más relleno para que no se sienta tan débil y duro cuando se acuestan los niños, el tamaño que publican no es el real, dice que mide 50 pulgas y no es así, es algo más corto. Cozy and adorable

This nap mat is super soft and the unicorn print is adorable! My daughter looks forward to her naps. Easy to roll and carry, great for preschool or travel. Will be better if there are elastics at the bottom to strap onto the cot.
