Vitamin E was increased from 134% to 147%
Vitamin K was increased from 92% to 100%

At the same time was had to decrease the B vitamins in order to improve the safety profile of the multivitamin.

As of Jan 1, 2018 the new recommended daily allowance for Vitamin K set by the FDA increased from 80 mcg to 120 mcg. Our product contains only 110 mcg which is a very reasonable amount.

This vitamin lists 15mg of ingredients total in the "eye health blend" section of the supplement facts. how much of that 15mg is Astaxanthin.
