Excellent flavor
While not a fan of sauces on a steak, I first had Chimchurri at a steakhouse in Downtown Detroit a few years ago and it was absolutely fantastic. I have mixed my own with this product on prime ribeye. It will go best on Picanha

Pretty good stuff
Is this better than Chimichurri made out of fresh ingredients? No. Is it better than having no Chimichurri at all? Absolutely. Pretty convenient to be able to add equal parts Chimi mix, red wine vinegar, and oil of your choice (I like Avocado oil as the flavor isn't overpowering), and voila, you have some Chimichurri for your meal. I like it enough to have ordered it several times.

Not bad!
Not as good as what my sister-in-law makes, or even as good as what I can make, but good. It's 99% less effort than making it fresh, though, and the long shelf life means I don't have to worry about making sure I have fresh herbs on hand when I want some chimichurri. If you can make it fresh, do that; if you can't, this is a reasonable substitute.

Outstanding Stuff!
I have now ordered this for the 4th time. This stuff is awesome. I’ve used it in marinades, seasoning for vegetables, meat, and seafood, and as chimichurri. Depending on the audience, sometimes I’ll add some red pepper flake to heat it up. The chimichurri is super easy to make as long as you have a red wine vinegar and some EVOO on hand, and it tastes outstanding! As chimichurri, I’ve put it on steak, hard boiled eggs, seafood, grilled vegetables, and eaten it straight by the spoon. It is a perfect blend that absolutely enhances everything I’ve put it on. Back to the boiled eggs, it is the absolute best topping! Great work Al! While it seems a bit pricey, for the amount you can use this per bottle it is well worth it. It’s a great blend, and I don’t have to find all the herbs and keep them fresh to make on my own. I love this stuff!
