These are designed for emergency eye washing. Once opened the bottle cannot be resealed. Turning the cap the first time breaks open the top and there is no thread on the cap to re-close the bottle. They are what they are and in medical setting no doubt are the right product but they are being marketed to the general public. If like me you want a bottle of saline solution for daily lens rinsing this is not the right product. Being something of a dim wit with poor short term memory this is the second time I have made this mistake.

It should be noted that the bottle cap does not screw back on after opening. It needs to be kept upright to prevent leaking. I was aware of this point but I notice from the reviews many people are not. The rinse itself works as described.
