it holds the urine like a puddle! It doesn’t absorb anything!

Comfortable but bulky
These adult diapers are quite large and bulky to wear. The lining is however soft and comfortable, but the elasticated leg holes are something that you always notice are there and not comfortable. Given how bulky these are, you'll need to wear under something bulky, otherwise these are possibly wearable indoors like boxer/brief shorts given the bulk.Personally the buttons to secure are a little annoying given how many there are, but you may be able to squeeze in without undoing these. Also if you have any sort of joint mobility problems, you may not want this type.

couldnt wear
These were bought for my father following a stroke. In the label says baby pants which isnt great comfort to an adult need to be aware Coudlnt get them on so not useable
