I rarely write reviews, but the efficacy of this product needs to be recognized. At 62, years of sun damage and living with a rare cancer for over ten years, has wreaked havoc on my skin. High-end serums and emollient moisturizers can only do so much, and I was very unhappy with the condition of my skin. I had been reading about phytoceramides for years and many of my facial creams contained them for topical use. It only made sense that if they worked on the dermis, taking them orally could only add to the efficacy. Boy, is that an understatement!I purchased the rice based phytoceramide capsules, and also liquid collagen supplements by Applied Nutrition. In one month, the combination of these two products have transformed my skin from dry, wrinkled and aging to luminous, plumped and youthful. Everyone I know has commented on how great my skin looks, and several of my friends think I had laser resurfacing. I am usually very critical when it comes to my looks, and even I have noticed a vast improvement in the texture and appearance of not only my face, but my body also. My doctor even asked me what products I have been using, as my skin is smooth as silk. That crepey skin that emerges as we age is totally gone from my arms and legs.I have re-ordered both of these products and don't plan on being without them. I am anxious to see the results of long term use, as just thirty days of using them has wrought such a change. The price is so reasonable, it would be well worth the money just to try them and see if your results are like mine.

I like the product but continually have the incorrect amount of capsules in the bottle. once it was 45, then 75 (so it evened out thus didn't voice concerns), now the last two were 48 and 57. I am short 15 tablets and want my tablets!

I found these to work but I did gain a few pounds of water weight while taking them so I had to stop. I understand now, how phytoceramides can make your wrinkles softer, they cause you to retain water.

Reduces aging wrinkles, smoothes skin. Definitely makes one look younger. I am 82 and most people that guess my age say between 55 and 65!!!!!
