Love this ottoman/coffee table. Have a smaller area but wanted something to be able to put feet up on when relaxing. Saw one of these at a friend of our daughter's and thought it was just what we needed. It was!

I recently received and assembled the WOVENBYRD 18" Square Button Tufted Metal Ottoman, Light Brown Faux Leather. Super easy to put together and a real solid piece that looks great in my office. I noticed the day after I ordered this that the price had been reduced and they were offering a discount on the item. I sent a note to the seller and received a reply the next day and they credited my account the difference. That was amazing to get a response so quickly and immediate resolution of my request. Wish all companies provided this type of customer service. I then ordered the same piece in a 28" square version. Arrived in just a few days and was a super easy quick assembly once again. 2 legs, 2 crossbars, seat, 16 allen screws. With a power drill & allen bit it literally took less that 10 minutes to assemble. Great piece. Highly recommend. I almost bought the matching ottoman to the office chair I recently purchased at a local furniture store. It was $799. I actually like this better! The tufting is a nice surprise feature for your feet when using it.

I was looking for a tufted ottoman. I found these two black ones and because they had such great reviews, I gave them a try. We put our feet on them all the time. The faux leather is very soft and muted with a fairly realistic look of leather. I don’t think of it as faux. It is not shiny or tacky in style. We have carpet down and these ottomans do not shift at all by putting our feet up. You have to lift them to move them. We have them in front of a 98” Cindy sofa from Robyn Bruce. I like having two in case we need to move one. Most can sit on these. They were easy to put together as long as you don’t tighten the bolts until they are all in position.

Once put together the two ottomans that I purchased look great. What was annoying is that many of the small metal rectangles that the legs attach to were super bent. The welding job was terrible. My husband was able to use a mallet and get them into place. There was also a space that a screw needed to be in but the hole was not cut out at all. Luckily the the screw is not needed for the ottoman to be put together bcuz of all of the other screws.So the product looks awesome but there is definitely some quality control needed with this company, to make sure everything was made correctly. We shouldn’t have to fix products we purchase right out of the box.

Love this and glad I took a chance after reading the reviews. Easy to put together but I did have to get out the mallet to get some parts connected better. No biggie. So far seems super durable. Color blends with anything and I did not find it shiny, something I was concerned about based on other reviews.

Purchased this for our living room over a year ago and we are still very happy with it! Perfect height to use as footrest for our couch and we also use it to set laptops or plates or whatever we are holding. It is comfortable (cushioned) to sit on but sturdy to set things on too. Our cat loves to lay on it as well. It has held up very well to daily use for over a year. It is also lightweight enough to easily scoot closer to or further from couch, which we do often. All around a great product!!Was easy to assemble when it arrived and looks great in our living room!

The product itself is awesome, we love it, it looks great, feels great, and very sturdy. I always focus on customer and people relations and I am very impressed with this product and the seller. Long story short, I just asked and I wasn’t expecting and wasn’t even hoping for anything because it felt like it was a long shot but the seller surprised me and the communication was fast and accurate and at the same time, they went above and beyond in helping me with the product. I don’t want to go into detail but again, I appreciate them going above and beyond with everything. Thanks again and have a wonderful day

The ottoman was fine, but didn't work for us. When I went to return it, I learned that there is NO RETURN SHIPPING PROVIDED and you must PAY YOUR OWN RETURN SHIPPING. Suddenly, the affordable item was not very affordable. I wanted to ensure that the two ottomans I ordered were returned safely and promptly, and so I used UPS to ship them back on November 7 (initially received it on October 31, so well within the timeline). Delivery was confirmed and I waited, but there was no refund. I submitted a refund request via Amazon in December, and it was denied with no reason. I am still waiting for a refund on January 4, and am writing this review in hopes that the review, along with my shipping and delivery confirmations, will generate a response and a refund. I would not order from this company again.
