Update to my negative review..The product itself is great my dog took to it right away..My problem was with the pump and bottle and how it leaked..Company made good on it so im very impressed with thier quick customer service..you never know who really listens and cares..nice surprise.ill give them another try since my dog likes the taste and her fur has been very good and less dry ..

I really wanted to like this, the cold press process sounded like it would produce a high quality product. But I can’t comment on quality of the salmon oil. The box arrived crushed and the pump didn’t work. Kitchen and counter covered in salmon oil. I would be prepared to pay more if the packaging was better. I’m returning it.

We have four dogs, and this has been an especially itchy winter for them. I wanted to incorporate salmon oil into their diets to help with that, but so many brands include unnecessary added ingredients. I liked what I read about Kronch—they use only fresh salmon and no waste or by-products.The real test was seeing if all the dogs like the oil. I initially bought the smallest bottle, but shouldn’t have worried—all four love a squirt in their regular food. Salmon oil could be a big mess via mail, but Kronch thoughtfully separates the dosage pump and bottle, and both pieces assemble easily and work well.I already see a difference in the dogs, and will be buying this in bigger size bottles from now on. Kronch does everything right when it comes to salmon oil supplementation—the correct omega 3/6 ratio and cold pressing at low temps.For those wondering how much oil should be given to their dogs, here are the guidelines that are written on the Kronch bottle (it is in kg, so I have changed to lbs): 0-26.5 lbs, 1 pump stroke 26.5-53 lbs, 2 pumps 53-106 lbs, 3 pumps anything over that 4 pumps

The smell was absolutely horrible. It literally smelled like feces. (has to be rancid) I didn't want to gamble with their health so I threw it away. I'd recommend just buying a human grade. My vet said it's fine giving a human grade so I'd just ask yours for the correct amount to give.

My dog, a shih-tzu/poodle mix, loves this salmon oil! I give her 1 pump per day. She is a very picky eater and licks the salmon oil right off of a spoon. I have noticed a significant improvement in her dry, flaky skin and coat since she started taking this oil. When I first bought the product I tried to mix one pump of it in with her dry dog food. She would try to lick the oil off of the dog food, but then she would not eat her food. She is very picky with new food and different textures of food, so I think she didn't like that it made her dry food seem different and slightly moistened it. Once I decided to try to let her lick the salmon oil directly from a spoon, she loved it! She gets excited when she sees me take the bottle out and she acts like it is a treat. She is eating her dry dog food as she normally would now that I am not mixing it with anything.

Purchased due to reviews and other reseach to help with dog coat/dryness. Appears my chihuahua really likes the extra flavor on normal soft dog food. My only issue is the bottle leaks from the neck of the pump. First I thought it had fallen off the counter so I moved it to a safer location. Still leakage circle when I moved the bottle. Otherwise would have given the full 5 stars.

I have used Lakse Kronk Salmon Oil in the past for my dogs. I stopped using it for maybe 6months and my dogs coat started looking very dull an skin is dry and flaky. I have used for only a few weeks their coats and skin are starting to improve already. I have tried other salmon oils and haven’t had the wonderful results! Thank you Laske for making this great product.

I purchased this product with the hope that it would help my dogs coat for the winter. I was disappointed when I received the package and the box was damaged and the bottle was sunken in. I then looked at the bottom of the bottle and it was expired! The expiration date was 04/16/2019! I’m so glad that I had looked at the bottle and saw that because who knows what could have happened to my dog otherwise.
