This comes well packaged and is easily portable due to its compact size, when folded in half and the provided Oxford cloth carry case. It also came with 4, …. yes 4 playing sticks so you can experiment with 2 in each hand or 2 of you can try playing at the same time. It gives a nice tone and I think is suitable for both adults and kids wanting to create music. On top of that it was a good price for what you get.

This instrument is great, but it sounds absolutely awful out of the box! It is being shipped with the cheapeat possible plastic beaters. However, it is inexpensive to also get some RUBBER headed beaters (I am very happy with these Percussion Plus PP068 Rubber Beaters for Chime Bars or Slit Drums - Medium https://amzn.eu/d/9ziZCmX) and the whole thing sounds great for an excellent price overall.

Granddaughter will love it for Xmas!

It is so loud. I have to wear earmuffs while I play. It also has this weird metaly echo, I know it's made out of metal but the ones in my school don't have the same problem. I recommend buying wooden beaters instead since they're quieter than plastic ones. It's not too bad but could be cheaper I guess.

I studied class percussion for a number of years i was surprised at the sound of this for such a low price great buy

Poor tinny sound. Only suitable for home or school use.

Kids love it. Only so many times I can hear the Harry Potter theme though...
