Don’t know but they are nice looking. I strung them together (2 packages) and I put them on my tray that’s on my coffee table. They look great!

What's the diameter of the hole in the 6mm version?

I hope the manufacturer can answer this for you. For me, I'm using them with a thick 40 lb. fishing line to make a beaded curtain. I'm super impressed with these! I painted some and that worked great and I haven't found any bad ones. I also bought the larger size because they were such a good deal and good product. So much cheaper than going to a craft store.
