My dreadlocks are 26” long and I have a somewhat full beard, but I’m taking these gummies to see if I can add volume and thickness to both. So far, I’ve been taking them every day for about two weeks, so it will take more time to see the best results. What I can say now is they’re easy to chew and have a fruity taste that’s not too sweet. They dissolve quickly, making them convenient to take. The formula of these gummies is more like a multivitamin with an emphasis on biotin which can contribute to the growth and thickness of my hair and beard. With a combination of good maintenance and taking these gummies I’m hopeful. Right now, because of the ingredients, I’m giving this supplement 5 stars. Also, I’m adding a picture and will update a new picture when and if I see a big difference.

I just wanted biotin for my hair but the advertising on this worried me that I'd grow facial hair although really how can you target facial hair growth alone?? Still, I was too worried to take them and had a guy in my life try them instead. He said they taste great but they're full of sugar! As a diabetic, he'd rather take the pills. I feel like these would be ok for a guy who is desperate for hair growth on his beard but can't swallow tiny biotin tablets for some reason....other than that it's just a little vitamin infused candy....

These taste really good. Natural berry flavor, like a fruit snack. Unfortunately my hairs thinning now and when I saw this on Amazon I felt how convenient would it be to eat a gummy. I checked with my doctor and there’s nothing in here that would make it not worth trying.

Here’s hoping the Biotin gummies help my bald head grow some hair. Not likely, but I’m really only interested in making sure I get supplements that maybe I’m not getting enough of in my diet. The gummies are a multi vitamin with an emphasis on Biotin which is said to have some benefits to your skin, hair and nails. The gummies are easy to take and taste decent. I do prefer taking a pill over gummies but these are working out ok. It remains to be seen how impactful these are to my health but can’t hurt getting some extra vitamins. Package is the typical vitamin package with the tamper resistant cap and such. There isn’t anything about these gummies that would prevent me from rating it high. They are as expected.

These have a bit more of a sour/tart fruit flavor so if you hate overly sweet gummies these might be right for you. The gummies have a nice chewy consistency but not overly so, it doesn't get stuck in your teeth. The ingredient lists looks good, love that these have more than just your standard biotin. They have not caused any adverse reactions, no upset stomach etc. I do think the price on these is a bit high compared to other similar products however the quality so far is good. Would recommend.

This is a 30-day multivitamin supply (2/day) with a focus on biotin at 16,667% daily value. The rest of the vitamins are more normal around 100%.The gummies do taste great and I already have a daily multi so I just take one of these to supplement with the additional biotin.It seems like this would be good for males or females and not just a men's supplement.

These hair gummies taste great, just like the flavor of fruit gummies. They are easy to chewed and swallow. For their help for hair growth, I would like to say it is much easier than taking pills.

These gummies are easy to chew, and dissolve pretty quickly. They have a fruity taste that isn't overpowering or sugary. I've had no adverse effects from taking them. I'm looking forward to seeing if these help with my slow hair loss. I've only been taking these for a few days, so it's too early to tell if they are helping at this point. The ingredients look promising. As I often eat on the run and don't get the best food, the extra vitamins and biotin in these are sure to help.
