Is this tape removable? Without leaving residue?

Hi Allison. I used this tape to reinforce the joint connections when putting up a 10x20' tent for a party. I wasn't there when my friends and family took it down. I do know that they didn't take the tape off of all of the connections but did some to break it down to store. When I peaked in at the stored poles I don't remember seeing any residue but I can't be certain. Keep in mind that I used the color white on white poles. Not the best answer but I was impressed with this tape.

I didn't check the label to see but I've had it on a swing set to hold up foam safety pads for over a month now. It has rained on it several times and it is still holding and looks brand new. It is in the hot summer sun in southeast Georgia and hasn't faded a bit. So it seems to be tough and strong.

could this be used to stick down vinyl tiles in the basement, what I mean is putting it under the tiles? We had a water problem and many tiles are up

No way. You'd need 2 sided tape for that. This is just single side tape. Better yet get some kind of flooring glue, tape is not going to fix your problem...
