If you like baking using pretty kitchen appliances you will love this Smeg hand mixer. It looks so nice on the kitchen counter and the bubble gum pink is a great fun color. Sometimes when I just see it sitting on my counter it just makes me want to bake some muffins. I had a reliable sunbeam for a long time and loved it but this hand mixer is just so cute. I mostly use it to make cookie dough, cake batter and muffins. It works well for those things. I would not recommend it for big batches of bread dough. It does come with the hooks but I don't believe it would work well for that. I don't make bread but the power on here and the hooks just don't seem built for that. It goes up to 9 speeds and shows info on the digital screen. I believe the speed is comparable to most any other mixer. This is a delicate mixer but does a good job mixing the ingredients. I consider it a showpiece but it does get the job done for easy light baking needs. Yes it is a splurge but if you love pretty appliances and want your kitchen to look retro style just treat yourself to it.

Absolutely worth the hype — she loves it! I gifted this to my aunt for Christmas because she had wanted it so badly, and she absolutely loves it. The quality is amazing, it works perfectly, and it looks beautiful on the counter. You can truly tell this is a premium product. I also babysit in the Hamptons, and I see this brand in so many kitchens out there—everyone seems to have it, which says a lot. It’s stylish, reliable, and clearly a go-to brand for people who love both function and design. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This makes an amazing gift and is 100% worth the investment

I absolutely love the color and retro design of this mixer — it looks fantastic and definitely adds a vintage charm to my kitchen. The aesthetic is what drew me in, and it really does deliver on style. However, functionally it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The speed settings aren’t as powerful as my older, more budget-friendly model, and I noticed a big difference when mixing thicker batters or doughs. One attachments feels a bit flimsy and doesn’t inspire much confidence for heavier-duty mixing. It’s a decent mixer for light tasks and looks great, but if you’re a frequent baker working with dense ingredients, you might want to consider something sturdier.

La compré con miedo por si estaba muy frágil pero todo bien, es potente pero no para hacer tipo roles de canela o recetas de más de 3 kilos, para algo de masa no tan pesada y pequeñas cantidades de bien. Es cara si pero tu cocina se ve bonita
