Pros outweigh the cons
It's a multivitamin drink mix, the taste isn't that bad but I notice some fizzing when I mix it. If you think about it, it tastes like Flinstone vitamins. Chalky and a little bitter. Just drink it, it's good for you.

BEST Multivitamin EVER!!!!
I have never been able to take a multivitamin because I get so nauseous. I have been taking these for over a month and have not been nauseous one time! The taste is kind of bland, but that’s okay because I’m not sick! Also, they give me great energy in the mornings! I even shared them with my PCP at my last yearly and she was very impressed.

Xantham gum ruined it for me
For the price I wish it contained enough servings for an entire month. Taste isn’t my favorite, but I would just make it small and get it down. I liked these and would continue using but unfortunately they contain xantham gum and silica.

Okay taste
So I love the ease of adding my vitamins to water as a way to both drink more after and get my vitamins taken as well. The flavor is only okay. It’s quite bland actually. But all in all, it gets the job done.
