Been using this product on both my hair and skin. Left both smooth and soft. No residue or flaking at all since it contains no alcohol.UDATED-DO NOT USE ON HAIR!! HAD SEVERE HAIR LOSS!! SMELLED BURNING HAIR!! NOW HAVE BIG FRONTAL BALD SPOT. JUST HOPE IT GROWS BACK.

This is a truly lovely upgrade from the original aloe gel! The rose scent is gentle, not overpowering at all, and it has a bit more of a slick and moisturizing feel than the original product. If you want that same level of moisture infusion but with a little more staying power, this is great. Both products work well as hair gel and really seem to improve the health of your hair. I've been loyal to this brand for 20 years and I continue to be impressed.

Only rose smelling aloe vera gel I've ever found, and it worked great as normal scented aloe gels, nice and soothing/moisturizing, I use daily!

Getting a lot more mileage from this bottle than I expected. 6 oz didn't seem like much. Not sticky, very light scent. Like the squeeze bottle. Would buy a gallon with a pump if I could.

This stuff is magic. It keeps my skin hydrated, feels amazing going on, soothes my sensitive skin, and minimizes my fine lines and pores. Also, I used to have absolutely HORRIBLE adult cystic acne, but since I started using this it has cleared completely.
