Is there a shade between m-10/15 and m-25?

I don't really know. We used to buy Sandy Blond, but the company changed the colors, so now we use Blond. Maybe there is some information on the Just for Men web site.

How easy is this to do. Im vision impaired. Does it require a lot detail vision to work with.

its extremely easy and there's really no guess work. Mix the two tubes of product, brush in with the included tool, remove after a few minutes. Very simple!

I would probably recommend having help if you are vision impaired. I am female and use this to darken my eyebrows. It does color your skin if you happen to "color outside the lines." That is the only reason I would consider having a friend help if I couldn't see what I was doing very well. Good luck.

The M/-15 is more of a medium blonde, you can make the color lighter by adjusting the time left in contact with the facial hair. There is a lighter shade call sandy blonde but I haven't tried it.
