The Last piece I needed to install my Surge Protector. Great value for added piece of mind!
I had to purchase a 30 amp Square D for my panel to install my new: Intermatic IG2240-IMSK Advanced Surge Protection with Easy Maintenance - Intermatic Smart Guard IG2240-IMSK Whole Home Surge Protector, Black was my choice after doing research on different whole house protector. On the installation I mounted it 6 inches away from my panel, used Wocloer Liquid-Tight Conduit to secure the wiring. I have a Square D panel that I installed the Intermatic IG2240-IMSK Advanced Surge Protection into. The only negative was that the White wire was almost too short to make the connection. If it had been the length of the black wires, it would have been a little easier. Overall, it was an easy install following the simple four wire connections. Two blacks to breaker, Ground to the ground and White to the other bus.

Fit and worked like it was supposed to for a Square D panel
Fit right into the Square D panel and worked as it should for adding on a surge protector in an outside panel for HVAC condensers.
