I love the purse and was soooo excited to receive it but the strap was missing and I’m afraid if I return it, I won’t get the same one. I’d really just like to have the strap sent but apparently that isn’t possible.

It’s a well made, super cute bag. And I got it less than 24 hours after I ordered it. I’m just annoyed that they would sell me a bag that clearly has a stain on it. Just looked at the reviews and it looks like this has happened before.

I LOVE THIS BAG but, it came with weird paint splotches on the pink donut part and I just cannot ignore them. When I look at it I just fixate on the mistake. Love this bag so much, such a cute design, but I am planning on a return. Maybe I will rebuy though 🤔
