Back Stretcher, Back Cracker, 4-Level Lower Back Pain Relief Products - Black/Blue

First time I used it back hurt some the next day. After a few uses it helped decompress my spine. I use it every few days for a couple minutes and have less pain and more movement in my back now.

I bought 2 of these. One for me and the other for parents. Great when my back need to loosen up.

This product didn’t work for my boyfriend who has a lot of back pain and was looking for relief. It didn’t crack his back at all, but that could just be him. When I used it it gave me relief and felt it stretched my spine in places uv had a hard time stretching but still didn’t crack my back at all.. it was very easy to put together and with a little tension it wasn’t to hard to move up the levels. But for what we paid for it and how easy it was to use I think it could be a dream product. I also liked the tittle spikes on it, it almost felt like acupuncture but without needles or puncturing the skin

It’s done it’s job, I only wish it was a bit more rigid

I’ve been using it for a good while to make sure it works and my back definitely thanks me, I deal with massive back pain because of my breast size and this boy has helped me so much!!

It does work, but you do have to use it on a fabric surface because it has no friction to it.
