The Commonsense Cook: Real Family Food Made Easy

Lots of photos and delicious looking recipes. Only recently got the book after watching Colin on a cooking webcast, thoroughly enjoyed his style of cooking and his knowledge of food, tastes, combinations etc so had to get his book. First recipe I'll try is going to be the whole roasted pumpkin then who knows, they all look great.I can recommend this book to anyone interesting in learning how to cook anything as there is plenty to choose from.

Loved how the recipes were easy to create and that you don’t need to be a chef to cook them. Would highly recommend this cookbook.
