I was unsure how to use until I got the hang of it. Watch tutorials before using. Great value, works amazing and does not hurt like I thought it would. Just keep it at a low depth. Been using it for a week and I can see the difference. My skin looks amazing!

I bought this to try out because I did t want to pay for needling. Works well. Gives good instructions. I’ve had it for a few months now and I believe it’s working. Bought one for a friend as well.

This is a wonderful product for being able to do your own skin procedure in the privacy of your own home. It came already charged. It’s very easy to use. You can adjust the size of the needling that will be exposed. It’s all around a must for me now. I am using it a few times a week at a lower level and advancing as I go. After three weeks, my husband said he definitely noticed that my skin looked tighter and lines around my eyes and for head were disappearing. I’m very happy!

As someone who has been in the spa industry for over 20 years, and is pushing 50, I am adamant about skin care and very picky. I have been struggling with paying $320 for microneedling at the local medical aesthetic places, every 6 months, with limited results, and have gone over 7 times now for these treatments. Due to the low cost of this product, I figured this was worth a try. I have tried several other products, with limited results. It’s not quite the level of benefit, or effects, of medical esthetic quality microneedling. But! It’s as close as you’ll get with an at home product!! And the price is just Amazing!! It really made a huge difference!! I was very impressed and that is saying a lot coming from me. Definitely worth it! Easy to use, straight forward, hygienic, and a quality product. I bought some very inexpensive lidocaine, to use with it, but really it’s not necessary; it’s tolerable. Thanks so much for this product!

I purchased/took a chance on this item for to help my scalp grow and thicken my hair. Maan, this thing didn't even last for the fourth use. :( I am very upset with this purchase. :( I've been ready to return this thing. It appeared to be well built, put together; quality, but it wasn't durable. ...my hair isn't even long, it's very short and manageable. Regardless of that, whether long hair or short. the item should not have stopped working the way it did. Especially when I purposely made sure to be "careful" with it. Long story short; this purchased item is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!12/5/23I need to apologize very much. About a day after I submitted this review, a thought about the cartridge at the time could have been the problem and to give the derma pen a try again. So, I inserted a brand new cartridge and YES the dermapen work just fine; as good as new (literally). :) I am very apologetic about my first review. I just didn't know/assume that it could actually be the needle cartridge itself, that, for whatever reason caused the unit/item to malfunction. Please forgive me. Yes, this IS a good buy! Yes, it's worth the investment! Yes, I will recommend it to others. Period. Yes, I would purchased again if I need to.

Absolutely thrilled with the results. Have been using this a while now (couple of months). I Absolutely love it. I use it weekly. I love how it feels afterwards and during. You will notice a bit of peeling/shedding of skin in a couple of days, in the areas you use this. That's completely normal!It comes with 3 different needle selections. It has a depth dial on the pen.I have noticed significant changes in the visibility of some scarring on my face. The smoothness of my skin has increased. I am very pleased with this purchase. I high recommend this microneedling pen set.

I like it for at home use. It is easy to navigate, works well for the price, no issues with staying on, and has different heads and settings. However, it states professional and it is not as strong or deep as the professional one in office. Overall Worth it.
