The pack has one side with a faux fur-like liner the other has a smooth and soft liner.The pack is moldable when frozen so you can wrap it around the knee. My wife is having knee replacement surgery and had purchased 2 of these. She liked them so well I had her purchase 2 more. They will come in handy after surgery for sure. They sure have helped her before hand. Nice part is you can make them fit your leg or what ever part of your body you need them for. We are glad we spent the money on them. They do get frost build up on the outside from time to time, so we leave them laying on a towel until that is melted, then dry with a towel before placing in the bag and back into the freezer.

There is a soft side for close to your skin and a bag it comes with for the freezer to keep it clean. The straps allow you to make it conform to your leg. I love this.

What a great ice pack for the knee. One side is fuzzy so when that is placed on the knee, you don’t feel that stinging pain direct ice causes on the skin. Straps are long and hold even when walking. It’s cold without freezing on the skin. Relieves pain for over an hour.

I bought this for my uncle after he had knee surgery. He said it provides great coverage and works great. He has gotten a lot of relief after the surgery and being on hisfeet for extended periods of time. He did have a slight issue with it staying in place if he tried to do stairs, but that's probably to be expected.

The product is super comfortable, fits around knee perfectly, and applies a good dose of cold therapy via either the more soft plush side or the more intense nylon side. The only downside is the cold never seems to last a full 20 minutes. It’s usually around 15 where it tapers off. (this after being frozen all night in the freezer, the product recommends a 4 hour freeze before use) hope this is helpful !

Love the lengthy velcro straps - can securely and comfortably wrap the pad around your calf, knee, arm. The fuzzy velour side is nice when its first out of the freezer; start/switch to the vinyl side for the coldest blast. Stays very cold for a full 20 min icing session

Bought this ice pack for post knee replacement surgery and it worked out perfectly! Gets cold quickly within an hour and stays cold when applied for 20 minutes. Raps easily around the knee, stays secure. Performs as promised. Would buy again!
