Nearly witchcraft!! :)
I've been gluten free for several years now and I tend to use King Arthur's pie crust mix. I never saw that Cup4Cup had it too, so this year I had to try. I am very happy with their flour blend as is. Well, this was like sheer magic - easy to roll, doesn't tear, break, stick, it truly felt like in my pre-gluten free baking days! I wanted to cry tears of joy, honestly. Consistency was perfect throughout the baking and they came out marvelous. The flavor is lovely, flaky, slightly sweet - this will totally be my go-to from here on out!

Best Gluten-Free Pancake Mix — By Far!
We’ve tried over 10 different gluten-free pancake mixes, and Cup4Cup blows them all away. The pancakes come out light, fluffy, and full of real, delicious flavor — no strange texture, no odd aftertaste, just genuinely great pancakes. It’s the only gluten-free mix we buy now, and it honestly rivals (or beats!) regular mixes too. If you're gluten-free and missing good pancakes, this is the one to get.

The Best Pancakes I have had in my Life!!!
I love this pancake mix so much! I have had Celiac disease for over 11 years and have tried a LOT of pancake mixes through the years because I love pancakes. I have found some good gluten-free mixes but they were just that, good. I've been using Cup4Cup's Gluten-Free flour for a few years and have been pleased with the results and so I decided I would give this mix a try and WOW! It is AMAZING! I almost couldn't believe how tasty they were the first time I made them! They were fluffy, had a nice buttery flavor, AND they had a perfect consistency! I had my husband try a bite(he hates Gluten-free baked goods and is always saying how gross they are) AND he stole my plate and ate the rest of MY pancakes! He said they are the best pancakes he has ever had and kept making me double-check that they were Gluten-free! The mix seems a little pricey but it is well worth the cost! It has enough for about two and a half recipes in each 2-pound bag and it makes about 13-16 pancakes per batch! It seems a little liquidy when you first are pouring it on the griddle, but the moment you flip the pancakes, they will poof right up into about a half-inch pancake! I get a 2-pound bag every month with my Subscribe and Save and it is by far my (and now my husband's) FAVORITE thing that comes every month! I even gave it as a Christmas gift to my sister who is also Celiac this year because I like it so much and wanted her to try it! If you are on the fence in trying this mix, just do it! As long as you follow the recipe on the back of the bag exactly, YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS PURCHASE! I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer! Enjoy!

It's wonderful!
I've had some really awful gluten free crusts but WOW! This was great. Easy to work with, bakes up tender but crisp. Not a huge amount of flavor but the tradeoff is a nice crust. Next time I think I'll add a little butter flavoring just to amp up the flavor. The crust by itself tastes a little dry but whatever filling you do will help hide it. I heartily recommend this! I will be buying again.

Pretty good!
This crust tastes great and the consistency is really similar to wheat crust. It was not easy to work with and was very sticky BUT overall, I will buy this and use it again because the flavor was really great and now my kid can have pie during the holidays.

Perfect Gluten Free Pie Dough
Maybe I just had beginner’s luck, but this was my first time ever making an apple pie and I’m very happy I chose this brand. The dough is very easy to work with and roll out. (I don’t have a rolling pin so I used a glass.) There’s plenty of dough to yield a thick crust and enough leftover for lattice work. The lattice strips maintained their structural integrity, despite the thinness of the strips. Before putting the pie in the oven, I highly recommend brushing the top with an egg yolk wash and sprinkling white sugar (1-2tbsp; your preference) over the top, concentrating a bit more on the edges. It bakes beautifully. Flaky and delicious. Perfect texture. This stuff is a bit pricey but absolutely worth the premium.

Wow
I made The best strawberry rhubarb pie with this pie dough. Me and my bf were amazed at how great it came out, and it was gone in less than 2 days just the 2 of us lol . We don’t normally eat a lot of sweets but it was just that good and better in some ways than pie crust with gluten. I have To admit though , it was a bit of a hassle to deal with because it required a processor for the butter and mix and could only be done in small batches at a time, so I found This a bit frustrating and worried when I added The water that it was too much , but I coated It in coconut flour (because I used The entire bag of this flour) and managed to handle it , it was very sticky. I worried even after refrigeration that it would be tough to handle as a lot of gluten free things are but the cold made it much easier (again needed to dust with coconut flour) I did A lattice top pie brushed with egg and milk and sprinkled with brown and white sugar. My only real complaint is the lack of cooking instructions , it says to just go by the recipe you’re working on , and I’m sorry but the dough is the main reason for differing recipe heat and time so I just don’t understand why that was. Anyway I followed a recipe that suggested 450 degrees for 25 minutes and then cover pie and lower to 350 for 20 minutes ... it browned very nicely but actually Just a tad too much So I would Lower it for next time .. and there will be a next time because we loved this pie. It was almost like a sugar cookie crust I guess; don’t expect it to be just like regular wheat pie crust, but great all the same.

Makes wonderful gluten-free dough/piecrust with excellent texture
As someone who is just learning to cook with gluten-free ingredients, this is an excellent option. The flavor and texture are far superior to some other gf products I have tried. The dough holds together well and is easy to work with. Tip: be sure to chill as directed on package, and roll out the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper to minimize breakage - this makes it easy to transfer to a pie plate (peel off the top sheet, invert the dough onto the pie plate, remove the remaining sheet of paper, and shape as usual). Great product!
