Will I be able to slice raw steak really thin?

I freeze my meat, then thaw so that the meat core is just starting to thaw and out meat outside is still stiff to the feel. This allows the meat to be liced very thin can slice very thin

Does it slice thinner than 1/8 inch? That's too thick for me.

I don’t think it does any thinner than that, I have the same issue !!! Cero is actually cutting at 1/8” that’s too thick for sandwiches…

What is the wieght of this unit?

I haven't weighed it on a scale, but I would estimate it weighs about 15 to 20 pounds. I can pick it up easily, but it has a little heft to it.
