I had purchased this product and had it for about a year. When I went to sit on it, I tipped just slightly and a few of the side pins broke off which made it impossible to use the stool in a fully extended position.I contacted the seller, explained the situation, and sent photos. The seller agreed to send me a new stool!The first stool he sent me was lost by the shipper and I contacted him letting him know that. He sent me a second stool which arrived promptly!It is rare to find this kind of service anymore. Therefore, I congratulate the seller on his handling of my situation!

This product is durable and compatible

The thing I love about this is easy to carry anywhere. The height is ok for average person easy to assemble and the price is ok could of been a little bit cheaper but fair. I dislike is it still too hard even with the cushion. It should have a thicker padding so this way it can provide more comfort.

I bought this to use while waiting several hours in line for a concert with a bunch of teens. It was a life saver for me to pull out quick to use when my back was hurting. It opens and shuts easy once you get the hang of it and it fit in my clear bag perfectly, so I was able to take it in the arena with me. So glad I had this chair to save my sore back!I may have looked like an elephant on a mouse, but it was comfortable and held me up well. Very study. I also got many compliments on it too. Wonderful little product!

This is a definite space saver and surprisingly sturdy. I'm a bigger guy (upper 200#) and this stool supports me with no problem. Sets up in seconds and the perfect height. Only drawback for me is the cushion is not attached with a lanyard or something to keep from separating from the stool while being transported or from flying away on a windy day. It does come with a carry bag, but not convenient for grab and go on a jobsite.Update, the day I wrote this review the stool disintegrated while I was sitting on it. Not sure if I locked it in properly or that I was on a slight angle as the ground was slightly sloped but it gave instantly. I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt and submitted a claim for a replacement.After 3 days use with the replacement stool, the same thing happened. It was locked in and not on an incline. It just broke and sent me tumbling to the ground again.

A couple of months ago I bought one of Maliven's collapsible camping stools. About a month and a half after I received the stool it broke. I tried to contact Amazon to see about getting a replacement stool. Amazon would not replace the stool since I was over the 30 return period. I wrote a review about what had happened. The company (Meliven) immediately contacted me and offered to replace the stool and to refund the money I paid for the stool. Within a few days I had the new stool and a refund. I would have been happy with just the replacement stool.I found this company to be honest and reputable. This is very important to me as a consumer. I will be buying from this company in the near future.

I bought this stool in November. Lasted 6 months. The little nubs on the side that support the person sitting down snapped off an I fell on my keester. One popped off then about 8 more popped off like a chain of fire crackers.This is a neat design but they just do not last.

Fit well in a backpack while going through a theme park, used while waiting in long lines. People stared at me in line but who cares, they were probably jealous! HahaExpands and contracts easy and stores away quickly. Glad I bought it.

it's a little difficult to open the bench and to engage its closing. Otherwise, it is a very practical and very solid product. I am heavy and it supports my weight well. People think the small bench is a handbag when I carry it over my shoulder.
