Great, authentic product!
I ordered from this seller because they offered the lowest price for Israeli Bandages. Turns out I made a great choice. After placing my order, I was pleased to discover that my Israeli Bandage was shipping from none other than Israel. It doesn't get any more authentic than that. I can't recall exactly how long the shipping time was, but it arrived only a few days after some other medical products I ordered at the same time from distributors located near me in the United States. Pretty impressive shipping time considering the distance. The item arrived in perfect condition, rock hard compressed in its original vacuum sealed packaging (a nice feature that allows you to confirm the integrity of the product's seal protecting its sterility). The manufacturer's packaging confirmed that the bandage was a product of Israel. The packaging also informed me that the item had been packaged and sterilized only four months prior to my order, leaving a generous four years and eight months until the expiration date. For those interested, the packaging is sorta ACU gray with an OD green label on both sides. One side lists general information about the contents while the other side provides basic usage instructions (in English) accompanied by diagrams. Summary: -Quality, authentic product -Fast shipping, considering country of origin -Fresh manufacture date Overall, a great choice.

You definitely need this
A superb addition to any trauma kit--add a bag of Celox and a SWAT-T and you are pretty much good for about anything that a layman could take on anyway. Because this bandage is sealed, you could toss it into your car, your coat, your desk or locker, or any pack/kit. I really recommend putting it everywhere you tend to be, as you never know when you or someone else might need it. Instructions are on the back, so when you need to use it just open it and smooth out the package for easy reminding. Note that I say reminding--as with any item involving a possible life and death moment you should take the time for learning how to use it right ahead of time. If you can't find someone local in your emergency services who has experience with it, go to Youtube for live demos. Because it is relatively inexpensive, you can always get one for practice/learning anyway. Put this in your BOB (preferably two or more). Hunting bags, backpacking bags, travel bags, commuting bags, whatever. Put it in.

Absolutely perfect! Direct from Israel
I always carry one of these on my long distance hikes or search and rescue. Last year I had a really bad fall and needed to use it. As so happy I had it. I just ordered another about a month ago and just received it. Direct from Israel so just be aware shipping time will take a few weeks. The best first aide item I carry!

Med Kit Must-Have
From battle zones to work zones to play zones, I've seen numerous occasions where this would be useful- or was, in fact necessary. Basically, it's a thick gauze pad sewn to an extra long ace wrap, but this is exactly what the situation calls for when there's a significant wound that doesn't run too deep. It will add compression, so it helps to stop bleeding, though not as effectively as a tourniquet, nor a blood clotting device like Celox or X-Stat. But the usually you aren't going to use this if you have that kind of wound, unless it's the finishing touch on treating the wound. This is something that I keep in the truck med kit and the wilderness SAR pack. Probably a good idea to have with you for extended back country trips, whether you ski, hunt, paddle, climb, or just trek. A must, if you are going to be around hostile gunfire (standard kit for an IFAK), and always good for the car. This is useful for finalizing treatment of anything from major skin rashes, to burns, serious scrapes, and slicing wounds. I would opt for other things first, when dealing with deep puncture wounds, and may also want to keep the final wound treatment thinner, so I can keep a ready eye on how well the bleeding has stopped, so this isn't my first option for hemmoragic wounds. It's also not for use on chest punctures. But I would use it for moderate bleeding wounds.

Evidently they work
I've had a few of these in the 4" and 6" size in my pack and my car and such for a long time. I've also convinced my parents to get a few given that my dad is on bloodthinners. Thankfully I've never found a reason to open one, but a few days ago my parents were out on the water with friends and my dad slipped into the 30' boat's engine compartment while he was fidgeting with something. He luckily landed without contorting anything, but his leg snagged something sharp and got a gash that would have been concerning even for someone who doesn't regularly take bloodthinners. It was bleeding profusely and it was tough to tell how deep it was, so he used one of these bandages to help manage the bleeding, and they got the boat ready to leave the cove and get to a marina so he could go to the hospital if need be. The bleeding slowed considerably after he put the bandage on and nearly stopped after a few minutes, and although we later found it wasn't terribly deep he ended up not going to the hospital (I think he might have stitched it himself later...), so I'm thinking the bandage did its job. He said it was easy to open and apply, and it put a good amount of pressure on the wound and did help the bleeding visibly. I still have no firsthand experience with one of these - don't mistake that for a complaint - but if I hadn't trusted them before, I would now.

Great for those explosively exciting days.
I've been using this particular bandage since I was in the military, and have been pleased with it. To get one thing straight, just because it's a battle dressing, doesn't mean it's holds more blood or magically stops bleeding. If you buy this learn to use it, so that under stress you can apply it properly. That said, it can stop pretty heavy bleeding if applied PROPERLY. it can be used as a pressure dressing, and has a plastic pressure pad integrated into the bandage. If used PROPERLY, it can also act as a tourniquet if needed, even after being applied as normal. It lacks some of the cool extras that some more expensive trauma dressings have, but is small and light enough to throw in your glove box, first aid kit, or blow out kit.

everything was delivered quickly and without surprises
everything was delivered quickly and without surprises. I will buy more if these bandages do not fail those for whom they are intended! Many lives depend on their quality! If God forbid the quality is bad, then I will find an opportunity to describe the details. Take care of your family and friends...

These are one of the best pieces of emergency first aid to have around.
These are one of the best pieces of emergency first aid to have around. They are incredibly easy to use, small enough to be kept anywhere and they work great alone or can be used to hold a clotting agent such as Celox or a Quik Clot pack in place for major cuts. This video explains the item and how to use it - [...] They're less than $10 each so you can get a few and keep them in the car, in your BOB, around the house, at work, etc... Better to have and not need than need and not have. I'm not getting any promo prices for this review, even though I should, so this and all my other reviews are just my honest opinion on things that I own.

Looks good
I bought 2x these single packs and a twin pack. The 2x singles were actually cheaper than a twin pack. All four were identical, from the same lot, manufactured 2020-11, expiring 2028-11, so still have a good 7 years left. The look legit to me. Have the PerSysMedical logo, and are manufactured by First Care Products Ltd in Israel. All had good vacuum seals. They are about 120x60x35mm, and weigh 63-68g. The flat end you open them from has a notch at the top and on each side, so they should be quick and easy to deploy. I hope they never need to be deployed.
