Sainsbury's Red Label Black Tea 160 Tea Bags
My British friend, who lives in England not in the U.S., suggested I try this tea if I wanted to taste a real British tea. Couldn't find this on Amazon for a while until presto! it finally showed up in one of my searches. Oh my gosh, I'm so in love with this tea, am now addicted to it!! I've tried other brands of British tea, which all were very good, but this one knocks me out of the ballpark. Very smooth, rich tasting tea that will give you that morning or afternoon jumpstart that you may need. It's also very good as an iced tea, which I drink2 pitchers a day. Hope I can always find this on Amazon, if not I'll go straight to Sainsbury's because I will be buying this tea as Edgar Allan Poe said, "forever more."

Lovely traditional English Breakfast style tea. Miles better than others. Great price.
The quality is far above the other retail supermarket brands that have been around for decades/hundreds of years. Price is incredible. comes in prepackaged rounds without string/tag. Im usually not one for teabags as i prefer the larger whole leaves. But dont mind it if the taste is ok. Would be happy to pay a lot more for a quality cup of proper tea. The blend is a very traditional taste, so, other than the higher than expected quality, there should be no surprise. I find it much better than the Taylor/H, about like Fortnum and other brands that i get from the UK for a lot more cost. Brew with freshly drawn/oxygenated water, proper boil, pull out bags in 3-5 min wihtout squeezing the bag, (squeezing makes all the bitter tannins come out of leaves and also makes the tea muddy instead of the red/brown clear elegance)you’ll get a great cup.

I get muscle aches after drinking it
Warning. Yes, it turns out I get muscles aches, mainly in my back, hours after drinking it. Usually it's felt by bedtime and gone the next day, but bad enough to interrupt sleep. It took me a while to figure out what was happening but finally after process of elimination I tracked it down to this tea. I ruled out everything else. It's the tea. The question is, what is in the tea that is causing this? Fertilizer? Pesticide? Environmental toxins? Something from the soil the tea is grown in? Or could it be the material in the tea bag itself? Not sure if it's just the batch I received or what. But I'm staying well away.
