DIETING MUST HAVE
£12 ish for three bags? That’s good enough value, I think. When dieting I have one of these as my main (and only) meal and add some rice and/or vegetables. SO filling, so no need to snack afterwards, and the calories even with rice are less than 500. No wonder I lose approx 8 lbs a week. These bags turn boring old rice and veg into a tasty meal. Shovel in as many ZERO CALORIE veg as you like. It works.

Tikka was yummy
I thought I would try these on my year long weight loss journey. Normally stick to boring old noodles. I was quite surprised how well the Tikka one tasted. It was quite yummy. Bit pricey for the amount you get but hopefully the other two flavours will be nice as well

My sister in Scotland, just contacted me to say the meals are GREAT.
My disabled sister (who has very limited dexterity and walks with a Zimmer frame} received the meals as a gift from me the day after she had a fall and was hospitalized for 5 weeks. She returned home on Monday and got round to trying the Sweet and Sour for lunch today; she says it was GREAT tasting cooks in the microwave in minutes, and stores for ever without refrigeration.

Small portions
Although quite tasty...the portions are very small and not worth the cost. I wouldn't buy again
