Pathetic Product
Pathetic Product. They will fist ask you to cancel the order from Amazon and buy directly from them. If you dont do so, they will send you poor quality and damage product. There will be no insulation and low power heating element.

It's a good quality product in a bad parcel packaging.
The steamer is a solid built, good quality for a very good value especially with the credit card discount. The packaging was not so good. Has 2 missing plastic shoe. Other than that, everything fine. Loved it.
