Don't like you can't access photos without wifi your home wifi

Good quality pix. Monitoring roadway, so lots of bumper pix of cars that already sped by. Need to be within 15' to connect with app, but after that able to view & d/l pix to my phone from over 40' away. I wish the app would allow longer naming convention, 4 digits limits useful names. Battery life is ok if taking only pix. 8 batteries gets pricy quickly.

This camera claims it is WIFI and it is.....BUT only local to your phone...very short distance...very slow transfer speed...You CANNOT hook this to your home WIFI and view the photos and videos inside your home....only on your phone only on the app only within 45 feet of the device...and the attempts to connect to the device even when within 5 feet requires multiple connection attempts to connect. On the upside the night vision camera is actually pretty good and the infrared lighting is bright although it is 840nm LEDs so it is slightly more visible when recording then the 920nm LEDs. Super expensive for the "Extra Features" that do not work well save yourself the money and get a comparable Megapixel cam without WIFI and you will save yourself trouble with crap software and implementation and you will still have to go get the SD card cause they didn't overprice the product claiming it is WIFI. They are not false advertising....however most people without looking any further would assume it can connect to their local LAN.

The media could not be loaded.  At first I wasn't sure if I was going to keep this. I wasn't happy with the slow connection to my phone and that it didn't send notifications like I thought it did. But after a bit of searching I realized I wasn't going to find a better one for the same price. Once I figured out the best settings I've been pleased.AND, I was amazed at how well it videoed this big boy, as well as a marten, a gray fox, and several deer.I'd recommend this to anyone that likes catching wildlife in the act.

Camera does not send notifications to my phone. Phone must be close to camera for wifi to connect. I bought to use in my small urban backyard at home so I would be notified when an opposum was in my backyard (after finding 2 babies my dogs had killed). I can only watch live video on my phone if I am standing outside which totally defeats the purpose!!!! I lose connection to the camera when I come inside the house, so I also receive no notifications when inside. Waste of money

Easy to use and great pictures

At first got a issue with the pairing but once i restart my phone, it was working well. App is user friendly Took really great pictures if i compare to my spypoint and moultrie. Range is great mine is at 20y and no problems to connect at all. Only downside, if it s one , scrolling pictures take some time, but when you wanting 4hr in a tree you got the time !!!I probably gonna buy another one soon

I'm new to trail cams and only had this one for a few days,so far so good.Likes,+user friendly app and set up to watch live on android, have it in downstairs kitchen window works fine,haven't tested the range yet.+solid quality feel+camera shots are good,only tested a little night vision indoors, that was fine.Its got all the good basic features that you need,if I can get a few years out of it it'll be a great buy.

As a photographer, I have tested this unit in various lighting and at various distances. During the day, works well - imotion detection works and mages are as good as a basic phone camera - distance no problem.Night photos are OK up to about 15 metres if you want to get a reasonable image.Overall, good value as long as expectations are reasonable for a budget priced unit.

Wifi barely goes 45 ft outside which is ridiculous . Bought to monitor a chicken coop and it's OK but you need to be close to activate the wifi. Would be good to use in a tree stand to see behind you or around a blind corner
