Is the color throughout the item or is the underside white?

Definitely color throughout. Quality is very good. Just measure the size to ensure it works for you. I thought they were a bit smaller than regular cocktail napkins.

Will the brown color napkins be available? or has that color been discontinued?

Almost like cloth!

These functional cocktail/beverage napkins were just the ticket. The color was perfect, to begin with, but the strength and durability of the napkins meant most people only took one, and that one lasted the whole time of the event. I would definitely buy these again. Very good purchase.
