Blades are really sharp! Most things I can jes pull an it'll cut no problem.. on occasions I've had to chop carrots smaller but that's all so far..i bought this as a gift for a family member but at the time of purchase I was in between moves and I couldn't find a knife.. I never told my bro-in-law I was getting him one so no loss there.. but a big gain for me. I love this lil guy.. The product feels well made, as in I don't feel like when I yank/pull when there's some resistance, that the string is going to break. Secondly, it's a snap to clean up. Finally, there's a good sense of padding or gripping material that allows you to place the bowl on the counter without it sliding when you pull.I bought the small 2-cup size.. which works for me because I'm usually cooking for my husband or myself..

Description of chopper indicates it has 3 blades and the unit I just received only has one. I was excited by the description which is why I ordered it. I am very disappointed in what it turned out to be.

This is one of the best kitchen helpers I have ever had! Hard to believe how easy it is to use, and how inexpensive it is. Salsa, and other chopping has never been so well done and so easy.

Love this, chops very well and easy to clean. I can put the lid on and keep in refrigerator without the blade in place. Great product.

Excellent product! It's small so, it compact easy to store in a kitchen drawer I would not recommend placing in the dishwasher because of the pull strong.

I bought mine to help me make food for my baby that just started on solids but didn’t really work for that some pices were too big no matter how many times i pull. But to make some guacamole or salsa it perfect! It would definitely chop the food. But I definitely don’t think it’s good for baby food

This thing works so good! Since it is a Manuel slicer I thought it may not work well, but no it's super powerful! Easy to clean! Love it!
