These multivitamin gummies taste good and this brand seems to be healthier than a lot of the other options out there. There is a risk buying these from Amazon instead of directly from the brand - I have ordered other vitamins from Amazon and they have arrived without the seal. Luckily, MaryRuth's customer service is really friendly and have sent replacements after I showed pictures of how it arrived.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this because it was a healthier option and gummies are easier and more enjoyable to eat and swallowing a pill, but I noticed my face started breaking out and my dermatologist said there is high amounts of biotin and vitamin B 12 and those two trigger acne so unfortunately I have to stop taking these and I passed the return window. They taste OK, not delicious but they are doable .
