Some one said dont buy it unless it’s the deluxe version is this the deluxe version?

The $25 version sold on Amazon is NOT the deluxe version. The deluxe version is a much bigger purple box that goes for $60 and I found it on Roxley's online store. The deluxe version is worth the $$ imo for the mats alone Cards and tokens are also upgraded.

Are card cardboard made or synthetic?

Not 100% sure, but they seem to be well coated cardboard. I've had it almost a year and played the hell out of it, the only thing that's showing wear is the water / currency round tokens.

does this come with the synth resilient cards? its a plastic type card as opposed to the cardboard cards.

These are cardboard, but high quality. This is not a deluxe edition.
