Is this macrame rope washable?

Yes! Our privous customer used it to make sun hats and washed great. 100% cotton cord.

How many are needed to crochet a pocketbook

I don't have any idea. It would depend on the size of the purse but, this is not yarn. This is macramé cord and stiffer than yarn that you would usually make a purse with. Their are tutorials on YouTube of show to make macrame purses with cord and how much you need. I hope that helps.

I was disappointed in the size of this cord but it wasn’t the sellers fault. I thought when I ordered it it would have been thicker.

Good price and quality cording

I'm using this for some of my gnomes, and although it's harder and takes longer using cording than faux fur for the beards, I think they look nice. These were made to use as ornaments. The price was good also, and a good value and quality. This was my first gnome.

Makes Excellent Rug Fringe
