I’ve been taking this for almost a year now. I took it to help me with my weight loss. Every doctor I show the bottle to seems to tell me that is a great option and meets almost every need, and the price point is great. I started taking it when I weighed 283 and I’m now down to 212 pounds. This is a great daily supplement. The smell isn’t off putting to me, and it’s easy to swallow. The pills aren’t too big either.

My son uses them religiously and is a great source of vitamins. Always on time.

Won't dock the product itself as it isn't the issue. I find the product to be high quality, with great packaging and clear nutritional info. I have been using for 6 weeks now, no issues at all. I highly recommend taking two separate doses (one pill in am, two in evening or vice versa). They can be a little harsh on an empty stomach, but that is to be expected with as much as these contain. However, it has taken an average of approx. 12 days for these to arrive each order and while that isn't the worst shipping delay ever, these aren't available for auto order. I keep ordering earlier and earlier each time and the shipping delay keeps getting worse. So, when I order them for my next month, I would like them to arrive before I run out of my previous bottle. I work in e-commerce and it isn't a large ask to have something delivered within 7 days, it is purely bad business practice.

I first loved this because it gave me an energy boost and was feeling better but I made me breakout on my face a lot, my skin was clear before taking it then it started breaking out a lot. I haven’t taken it for two weeks and my skin is clear again but my energy has been pretty low. I might just take one or two per day from now on.

I need no other vitamins. It "no longer" helps manage stress, which is critical, as it's the primary cause for many diseases. I got the recommendation from Jeff Nippard, and the thoroughness of his research is evident. EDIT: this product no longer contains Ashwagandha, so I take it with another pill. Though I still take this vitamin, too.

Buen multivitamínico, fácil de tomar y no me ha caído pesado al estómago. Me gusta que trae vitaminas y minerales clave como C, D y zinc, y siento más energía durante el día. La botella rinde bastante, buena compra.
