I was replacing the safety valve on an old 1980’s Craftsman air compressor that was actually made by Devilbliss. The old valve was popping at 125psi. The new one seems to work fine. I didn’t try to test the new one by putting 135+ psi on it as its an old compressor and I’m afraid to push the tank too hard. Installing the new valve I noticed the new safety valve is also made by the same manufacturer as the old 40+ year old one that I pulled off the compressor.
