I purchased the 3-seat and one of the straps is missing a hook. How do I contact customer service?

You should see it in customer service setting. I have never had any trouble with Amazon.

Do you have the matching cover for wedge part of sectional?

It comes with 4 pieces. Both recliners, 1 piece that goes over the back and down to cover the cubby hole lid, and one that goes from the cubby hole down the front. The holes for the cup holders are not cut out, you have to do that yourself.

What is the fabric? I see cotton inside but doesn't tell you what the outer is?

Is there a cover for the wedge piece if sectional

No wedge piece it's literally the 2 covers for each side of the recliner love seat and the middle section for the shared arm rest
