This is a rare non-sweet, high protein drink in the packages drinks market, especially from a reputed producer like Amul and at the price point at which it is available. It's macros and price make it a transformational product in the Indian for sure. However, the packaging could be much better as because of its thick consistency, a lot of it gets wasted by sticking to the inside of the tetra pack. You have to add water directly into the pack to extract the last 25%. Hence it doesn't function as intenteded as a grab and drink product. Diluting it and adding some spices to it yourself at home is the best way to consume, which I personally don't mind at all.

I would favor Amul Masti buttermilk over this any day. This one has a very thick consistency almost like curd so you got to water it down and the taste has an artificial feel to it so you've got to add spices to counter that. All this because why waste money and food now that you've already bought it! If not, please don't and save yourself some time and money.

A highly feasible source for low calorie protein intake. Externally done test results actually show the amount of protein in the drink matches that of the claim. No wonder it stays out of stock for most of the time since its release.

I agree the taste it not at all good, you have to mix it with water and ice and maybe add some spices to enjoy it. But totally worth it as it is giving 15gm of protein.The Product is mainly for those who care about their protein intake and are serious about their muscle health.Highly Recommended.

The product deserves 5 stars, it tastes like thick salted lassi and can be diluted with little water to make it a bit thinner.Total value for money with excellent macros.My problem is with the packaging n transport, it got damaged and some pack broke and leaked, created a mess in the box.Please improve the packaging and transport, would love to reorder. Hope it comes in retail stores soon.

If you can afford some extra calories for 15g of protien , then you should probably go for the lassi flavourIt is like curd ( i dont know either i got the normal package or it lost its taste due to hot weather between 6 days of its delivery )

For others I can't say much but for regular gym goers, this is a revolutionary product. 15g protein in just ₹25 and that too in liquid form. Yeah it's a bit thick and you would need to add water and masalas (cumin powder+black pepper+rock salt) but who cares. Better to do this than prepare a protein meal from solid food. I have already recommended everyone I know about this but the only problem is when they are trying to order, it's always out of stock (on the official website too). I would request AMUL to increase it's production asap.

Okay so lets get this straight. I bought this to hit my protein goals as Im a vegetarian and its kinda hard to hit your protein goals without eating meat. When I got this buttermilk, I tried to drink it using the straw that they provide and it was SOOO hard to suck it out of the packet because of the texture. THIS IS NOT A LIQUID, ITS A SEMILIQUID. Next, I cut the packet to put it into a kauli to drink it and when I tasted it with a spoon, I ALMOST VOMITED. ITS THAT BAD. My god I cant even return it back because they send liek 12 packs to you and 11 of them are just lying around, unused.So for the grace of the good lord, NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT. Amul, you suck.
