I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte drinks, but Nuun Sport is by far my favorite. This variety pack is perfect — the flavors are refreshing without being too sweet, and I love that each tablet only has 1g of sugar. I use these during workouts, bike rides, or anytime I feel a little dehydrated, and they always leave me feeling recharged.The fact that they’re vegan, non-GMO, and portable makes them even better. These have become a daily essential for me. Highly recommend, especially if you’re active or need a clean hydration boost!

Coming from powders and having gone through almost an entire 60 serving variety pack in two months. Will continue using nuun tablets throughout the summer.Here's my observations.Pros:- Variety flavors- Has sodium bi-carbonate and magnesium, most powders don't.- Lower sugar than powders- Hydrates adequately for long endurance workouts. Have used it for 4hr long bike rides in the sun in a 24oz bottle (along with a second 24oz bottle with a high potassium DIY mix). Never had muscle cramping, dizziness or symptoms of electrolyte imbalance.- Used as pre-race and post-race hydration for 5k, 10ks and half marathons. No stomach cramps.- Fizz is great, initially was off-putting but now I prefer it over powder.- 60 servings can last a lot longer than an 8 pack of powders.- Tablet and tablet case are easy to travel with. Can carry a tablet for on-the-go refills.Cons:- Not all the flavors are great initially but you get used to them after 2-3 tablets, and quite frankly my taste buds stop caring when it's hot and you're thirsty.- Tablet takes time to dissolve, can sit at bottom of bottle, requires some light stirring.- Flavors and carbonation took some time getting used to.

These are a great remedy for a hangover or after an intense workout (gym people like to party - that's why we go to the gym fyi). The added effervescence is a game changer. I suppose I had to try the variety pack to figure out that I only like half of these flavors. Fruit punch tastes a little soapy to me, and the tropical punch and tri-berry have a saccharin aftertaste imo. I really like the other flavors, though, and will be ordering those separately.

I am shocked at how good these work. I have tried other hydration drinks but this is my first experience with tabs. They take a bit to disintegrate, but I use a straw to speed up the process.Flavor is good across the board. It’s not too sweet and it’s lightly carbonated. And the grape flavor is white grape which surprised me since the bottle is purple.I use them right before bed to avoid dry mouth and it’s been a blessing.I recommend them!

These are some of the best and more affordable electrolyte drinks we have found on the market. We used to only be able to order them here and now we see them at different stores as well.We like how their flavors are not as "strong" as other brands and they are perfect to hydrate ourselves on both our daily construction jobs and our workouts days as well.

This stuff is amazing. I pop one into my water whenever I have a particularly difficult workout (either before, during, or after). I always feel better if I'm struggling. Plus they taste really good.The only downside is, if you're on medication that is made less effective by consuming anything acidic, these do tend to do that, but only slightly.I tried Liquid IV. That stuff tastes terrible and doesn't work nearly as good, at least for workouts (although that works ok for dehydration. Still tastes gross though). Save your money and get Nuun.

I like these in my 30oz tumbler every day for the electrolytes. Lost a star because, maybe it's just me, but I think the lemon lime tasted like dish soap. Bought again - worth the price even if I toss out the lemon lime.
