They are nice but too small for my bigger fingers

Warning dangerous
These are a different material than my older ones. It was hard to get it on my pinky finger, so I thought great , more support .An hour late I felt a tingle and looked with at my finger. It was purple. The color has been coming back but it still tingles. I'm concerned.I use these (my old ones) at night. What would've happened if I feel asleep with this thing on? I may have lost the whole finger.

Cheap, but work
These are about what I'd expect from using these sorts of products over the years. They are cheap and will start to unravel or become misshapen over time, but due to the low price, that is to be expected. They still hold up for many uses. They do seem to help a lot with finger joint pain, whether that is due to keeping it from bending much, or the compression. The seams don't really bother me for common computer tasks like typing and mouse clicking. You can apply in any direction so that the seam is on whatever side is most convenient, e.g. you can have the seam pointing up towards the top of your hand which is out of the way. They are easy to get on and off quickly. Overall I prefer compression gloves because they also cover the hand and wrist, but these are more convenient to use and are better if you just need to focus on one finger. The various sizes offer a lot of fit flexibility and/or ability to change amount of compression based on size choice. I prefer the convenience over tape (messy stickiness afterwards that is hard to remove, harder to reuse), or self-adhesive bandages (harder to apply and can't reuse as many times, they tend to crinkle and they don't last as long and they're more of a pain to keep track of for reusing)

Too stiff!
Maybe it's just my fingers, but after trigger finger surgery I tried these to get rid of the swelling and all they did was cause my fingers to become unusable. I just couldn't bend them at all which had nothing to do with size, just the material. I had some from my P.T. that were made out of panty-hose-like material and they were perfect.

Very handy for keeping fingers moisturized
I really like these little finger cots. I use them in the winter when I get painful cracks on the tips of my fingers. I moisturize my fingers with lotion or cream, and then I put these finger cots over them to hold the moisture in. I can then go about my daily errands without worrying about the lotion washing or wiping off. Just make sure you get the right size so that they fit snuggly.

They Fall Apart right away but work when NOT falling apart
These would work great for compression or preventing sores, chaffing when needed. However, they are obviously cut from long sewn Tubes of material and are not sealed at the ends. So the seams fray and split right away once they are put on and stress is put on the seams. They work good if not for that. I needed a protective, thin bandage like finger sleeve for my thumb while wearing a plastic spica that was chaffing and beginning to hurt. These worked well when I folded one end over the form sitting spica over the thumb. But every one I tried began to split right away. I took some fabric no sew glue to the ends of the seams to stop the splitting. It worked for now but I shouldn't have to do that with a brand new product. They are made of durable material that would last if it were not for the seam problem which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. If they fixed the problem with the seams and came in sizes of your choice I would order more.

Pleasantly Surprised
I was sure this product wouldn't work but it's actually great! I have a job where there's a lot of repetition and strain on my hands. I wear the pinkie size guard every day and have noticed less swelling, no thrombin, and overall more flexibility in my hand at the end of the day. The guard stays in place without slipping and is holding up well!
