Sent with the wrong plug - completely lacked this info in description - for the price of £82 that is a joke. Fan used in the unit is junk also - rattles and vibrates from low to high RPM. So it ends up being just an air filter. Returned without a second thought. For the price this is a meme. I could gaffa tape a hepa filter to my laptopto achieve the same result as this. AVOID

Wish it had software on the pc where is could regulate fan rpm, and on/off especially for the price, but you get whats on the box a good high end cooler.

Simplesmente insano, em jogos como Marvel Rivals ou Ark Ascended meu notebook Alienware M16 r2 estava chegando a 90ºC, agora que estou utilizando o IETS fica a 60ºC, simplesmente incrível. Até agora foi o único que realmente trouxe resultados positivos.

It's very good doesn't seal 100% a little air escapes but does a good job cooling my legion laptop.RGB is cool , adjustability works as described overall great buy you won't regret it also I'll update this review if there are any problems

A temperatura da CPU baixou de 90 para 67 graus celsius. Agora o notebook chega aos 5GHz de clock, sem que o sistema diminua a potência em razão da temperatura. O barulho é irrelevante , pois fica abafado pela vedação . Não incomoda ! Valeu muito a compra !

Design, airflow, and having complete control of the fan motor speed with a dial sets this one apart from the rest. It seems that the foam-rubber insert could have been implemented via better engineering analysis, but this cooling pad is the best one I have now. Worth the price, the lights are highly customizable. One irony is that when the RGB is on, the edges of the pad get warm. Negligible from a macroscopic perspective. Its multiple height adjustment is great. Oh, and being powered by a separate power adapter (included) at first seemed like a drawback, considering I have so many things plugged in, but it's actually an enhancement in that you don't have to plug it into a USB port for power. If you're undecided, or hesitant like I was at first, I definitely recommend this cooling pad.
