Very Nice Knives - and not stupidly expensive
Really nice knives with a good weight and balance. I bought mine with an Amazon promotional discount for just over £60 quid, but having received/used them I would still happily pay full price of £76 quid.Lovely quality - razor sharp - look gorgeousThey come in a sturdy box with foam cut inserts to keep them in, meaning you can keep them in the box which is both practical, and gives a bit of theatre when taking them out to use them. All the knives are lovely, but I'm developing a real fondness for the Nakiri knife - just such a pleasurable knife to use.I'm a home chef and wanted to upgrade to decent knives a step up from your normal supermarket efforts - this is an affordable way to do so, without breaking the bank, and you'll notice a big difference both in the weight, use and feel of these knives, money very well spent as far as I'm concerned

Fabulous knives for the money!
Really sharp good looking knives. Good weight, sharpen easily as love using them. Never put in a dishwasher as ruins them.Worth buying.

Excellent set of knives
I was looking for a set of knives that I could use to cut vegetables and meat with. I had never looked for appropriate knives before and these were perfect for me. They cut cleanly through vegetables like swede which is normally tough to cut. I had been struggling with cheap, inappropriate knives before realising that it really matters which knives you use. My hands are weak and I have very little strength in my hands, so I needed knives that require little pressure but are effective in doing the job I need them to do. These are perfect.

By ‘eck they’re sharp
As knives should be, they’re sharp. The handle is nice and grippy and seems to be of an excellent quality. These three knives are ideal for the casual cook and being so sharp they really are a joy to use.

Fantastic
These knives are fantastic. Not too heavy, well balanced and a good selection of sizes to tackle most knife requiring jobs in the kitchen. They look amazing too, with a snazzy design on the blades and a wood grain in the handle. They’re also megga sharp!

Budget but good.
These appear to be a generic Chinese product that several other sellers also rebrand as theirs and sell them on Amazon. It uses the same spec German steel but is manufactured in China. The handles feel a bit budgety other than that, they look nice. They are indeed sharp and Nakiri knife has a slightly curved edge which makes shredding, dicing etc. very easy to do. They are quite light but having said that my previous knives were way too heavy, these seem far easier to control. You will need to store these in some sort of block or magnetic holder otherwise you will more easily dull the edge or worse, cut yourself if you just store them in a draw with other things. They say they will replace them for a lifetime, if that is the case, that lifts them above other brands. I paid just under £60 for these, they do vary in price to don't pay more. Of course you are likely to be able to get the exact same quality knives from other sellers, as mentioned earlier, for less. I choose these as they have been reviewed by external sites so Paudin do seem to want to build a reputation.Time will tell how they hold up but these are overall very good knives, currently cut brilliantly, and at a reasonable price point. For normal household use I see no point spending anymore money for your knives, these will do the job very nicely. For heavy use or non domestic use, you may wish to look at proper Damascus steel, which costs quite a bit more.

I LOVE these knives
I first tried this knife at a friend's house when we were cooking and I absolutely fell in LOVE with them to the point I wanted a set of my own. I hate using bad/dull knives for anything (especially squishy veg like tomatoes — aka:fruit) and these come amazingly sharp, and make you feel like a pro chef.Just keep in mind that the best long-term thing is to look after them i.e. do not wash them in a dishwasher, and keep sharpening them every once in a while.
