How do you actually make ice cream from this product? There are no instructions on the packet.

Hi, I actually reached out to the company who are based in jersey last week and a lady emailed me promptly back. She said to just snip open the carton and decant it into your ice cream machine and churn. I have just recently bought some of the ninja machine , with one of them being the new ice cream/smoothie/sorbet machine. So I decanted the contents of the ice cream carton into the tub provided, put the lid on top then straight in the freezer for 24 hours. Then you put the now frozen liquid in the machine to do it’s things. 3 -4 mins later you have perfectly soft creamy jersey ice cream. It made 2 tubs worth which have been devoured over the last week. Can this mixture be used on a frozen ice cream roll plate?

It should be ok,mix it up in a bowl first then pour onto plate,remember this makes soft ice cream.

How nany liquid is it a water to add in this packet please?

You don't add any water it's ready to use straight out the carton

Can this be stored in the cupboard, until opened?

Yes it can be stored in the cupboard,I prefer to store in fridge before using as it helps to have it cold.

This is lovely. In my ninja creami it went in to two tubs. The grandchildren love it and so do my husband and i. The price seems a lot but then I cream from the van is expensive. This is easy and tastes great

Lovely flavour I would recommend.

We used this with our ice cream roll machine. This is where you pour it on to the freezing surface and mix and add ingredients. In terms of taste it was lovely. Nice and creamy. Drops one star as it is wasn’t as thick as other brands but seemed to take much longer to freeze. Still got the same end result so would buy again. Good value for money. One carton makes a lot of ice cream.

My favourite ice-cream!

I used this with a ninja creami deluxe and it's delicious! 1L of this mix will fit into 2 tubs perfectly so all you need to do is freeze for 24hrs, then take out of the freezer for 5 mins before processing. Add just enough milk to cover the top and process. Once it's finished, it should be soft enough to spoon a hole in the middle for any mix-ins (I usually use mini-oreos) and then add maybe a splash more milk and re-spin/mix-in.

I made 2 batches of ice cream with this only to find the mix had gone off and it was in-date and stored correctly. Usually don't have a problem with this mix but won't buy it again
