Are these Tuning Forks weighted?

The 128Hz and 256Hz Tuning Forks are weighted and the 512Hz is not.

Are the weights removable?

They are, although we don’t recommend it as you will not be able to put them back on and the frequency will become inaccurate.

What Are the Tuning forks made out of?

The Tuning Forks are made of aluminum alloy, and the mallet is made of bamboo.

Does the kit come with instructions?

Yes, instructions are included.

What is the difference between using 3 forks vs 7 forks?

Our kit contains 3 forks (128 Hz, 256 Hz, 512 Hz) which is enough for your complete physical and mental well-being. We believe that simplicity is the key to a balanced life, therefore using 3 forks instead of 7 provides a more Zen lifestyle.
